5 out of 5 stars Power Supply requirement for Card????   September 8, 2010
K MavAZ (Tucson, AZ)
I cannot find any information on the necessary power requirement for this card, any assistance? Thank you.

5 out of 5 stars Great so far   September 8, 2010
Peter Anderson (Lehi, UT USA)
My PNY card lost its ability to run the fan consistently a little while ago, so I got this card. Amazon delivered it very fast, and it cost half of what I paid for an only slightly better PNY card at BestBuy a few months ago. This one went in very easily, and it has had absolutely no problems as of yet--it's been running about a month.

5 out of 5 stars Great Card   August 22, 2010

I was looking for a cheap card to run the game secondlife with and this card does it all. I would suggest getting this product very happy with this purchase

4 out of 5 stars Great Graphics, Fast Card   August 13, 2010
R. Pastore (MA USA)
First of all I just have to tell you that this is the first graphics card that I have ever bought, so I can't really compare it to others, but what I can do is compare it to the one that I had before. My computer came with an integrated graphics card, about 250 mb. With that card, I could play Oblivion on the lowest quality (800x600 and no effects on) at about 5 frames per second, thats how bad it was. When I bought this card, installed it, installed the driver, I saw a major difference in graphics quality right away. I put in Oblivion and now I can play on 1600x900 with full effects at about 20 frames per second! This card made an unbelievable difference to the graphics, it was amazing. Basically all of my games now I can play on full settings with barely any lag or performance issues.

The reason I gave it 4 stars however, is a very small reason, but also a very irritating one. Apparently these brand of graphics cards are notorious for causing a very subtle yet pet peeving problem: a blurry screen. Its not anything major, and I barely noticed it as I installed the driver for the card, but it definitely does become annoying that when you install such a great graphics card, it makes the text on the screen a little bit blurrier than what it was before. I've read about the problem and it is a because of the driver that you install that it makes the screen blurry. Nvidia hasn't even recognized it as a problem, for some reason they are avoiding the issue that a lot of people are having with this card. It would be such an easy fix for them to do in their next driver upgrade, and yet they refuse to do it for some strange reason. The blurriness only appears when you are on the desktop or on the internet, not when playing games. Still though, I don't want to pay $60 to get a graphics card that makes my screen blurry, even just a little. I miss the crystal clear quality of my previous graphics card and yet I don't want to take out this graphics card because of its great performance with games.

If this card didn't cause the blurry screen for me, it would be an EASY 5/5, but because I am on the internet more than on games, this graphics card kind of makes things worse than it was before. And again, the blurriness is not serious and I can and probably will get used to it.

5 out of 5 stars EXCELLENT!!   August 10, 2010

With driver updates you'll be able to view games, etc. in 3d (with appropriate glasses of course). I think that's absolutely amazing considering the price. To give you an idea of how good the card is; the most demading games I have palyed on this card are, Devil May Cry 4, Fifa 09 and Flatout 2. And they run perfectly.
